Also, I worked to establish and lead the “Solution Delivery Excellence” function for a brand new Onshore Delivery Center owned by an established multinational company, Capgemini Financial Service USA. This included coaching and mentoring of employees in realizing the vision, and transformation using data-driven metrics, analysis, and strategic planning and decision making.I enjoy meeting like-minded professionals and am always open to discussion, problem-solving, and hearing about new challenges and opportunities.
