1- Ensure growth/revenue targets are met for key customer segments by gathering customer insights and identifying value-added solutions and messages for key, non-traditional, and organized customers that will address customer needs and meet the agreed ROI threshold.2- Work with brand marketing to ensure tight linkage between customer needs and brand/disease/TA messages.3- Work in partnership with strategic customers to advise or co-create marketing solutions to meet a shared outcome for Patients,Customers.4- Work closely with CBLs/ CPMs to ensure alignment of customer and digital programmes with relevant brands and bringing ideas from the customer to the brand team as well.5- Working closely with Key account team to build insight and intelligence for prioritized customers within specific therapeutic area and using this knowledge to help in development of country customer plan.
