About Amy Anderson

I have more than 20 years of experience helping for-profit and non-profit organizations achieve their strategic objectives. I start by working with leaders to understand their issues and aspirations, then designing and supporting strategies to achieve those goals. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to work with diverse groups of people, from the classroom to the boardroom to the legislature.I have proven myself as a leader with a record of motivating excellence among staff and cross-functional teams. I intentionally work cooperatively and interdependently with others in ways that build respect and a sense of teamwork. My former boss has said that I am one of the hardest working people he knows. The truth is that I am drawn to the energy of a group of people coalescing around a common goal. I am happiest -- and I believe most effective -- when I can throw myself into a challenge I believe in. I am also comfortable working with high expectations and tight deadlines.I am highly collaborative and always interested in hearing from former colleagues and friends or people whose interests intersect with mine.
