With over 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I am a passionate and skilled manager who can handle food/beverage orders, money management, and public relations. I currently work as a restaurant manager at The Attic East, a trendy and cozy spot that offers a variety of dishes and drinks. I manage the daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere. I also have experience working as a manager at Kravn and Black Angus Steak House, where I learned how to entertain guests with drink knowledge, oversee inventory and budget, and train and supervise staff. I have a strong background in business administration and management, which I obtained from Northwest Iowa Community College. I have also developed public speaking skills, which I use to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and partners.
