Managing a team of Women's Justice workers , delivering trauma informed interventions to women in the criminal justice system. Identifying pathways to offending and tackling complex needs. Managing multiple contracts and managing a dynamic team of women's juatice workers and young persons advocates on diversionary and support services. Partnership working with The Probation service, and the Office of the Police and Crime Commisioner to offer interventions to women from our female only space, designed to create a feeling of safety and assist with complex needs, working alongside our home office partners to offer advocacy to young people and finally our newly developed homelessness service.

Facilitating a range of programmes to female offenders based on offending pathways using an holistic approach. Either as a group or 1:1. The programmes are designed as a female only provision based on the findings of the Corston report by Baroness Corston. This has been extended to include an additional programme called Voices created by Stephanie Covington and delivered to female youth offenders. A gangs and youth violence level 3 qualification is underway as part of this.

During this period I worked within the DRR (drug rehabilitation requirement), ATR (alcohol treatment requirement), Unpaid work, field team and Mariposa women's service teams.
