· Responsible for maximizing opportunities for access to substance use disorders treatment via full implementation of the Affordable Care Act in New Hampshire through education and advocacy· Extensive policy knowledge related to Affordable Care Act and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act provisions as they relate to substance use disorders· Collaborate with partner organizations regarding advocacy strategy and implementation· Prepare and present information to varied stakeholder groups· Research and prepare Policy Briefs, White Papers, Advocacy Action Alerts, Blogs and Tweets to inform policy-makers and the public

Responsible for complete oversight of substance abuse prevention and treatment, runaway and homeless youth, and street outreach programs statewide· Federal, state, and charitable grant and contract management and reporting · Extensive grant writing to support $1.5+ million annual budget· Budget development and oversight· Administrative and clinical supervision· Programmatic and systematic evaluation· Management of 20+ staff people· Developed youth/young adult statewide substance abuse treatment program· Researched, trained and implemented Evidence Based Practices· Community substance abuse prevention coalition development and coordination.· Developed school-based prevention programming and partnered with school districts throughout the state
