IDEA Math is a camp for passionate math students aged 8-18 (approximately). IDEA Math runs multi-week intensive camps where students strengthen their problem solving skills through word problems and a rigorous curriculum. The program also runs weekly in the Boston area for students in the fall and spring. Many students in this camp compete in math competitions throughout middle and high school. My role at IDEA Math included:•Manage a team of nine staff to supervise 120 high school and middle school students.•Instruct accelerated Math Olympiad and MathCounts students from around the world.•Develop and implement camp procedures and activities to ensure a successful program.
