Current• Coordinate between hotel sales managers, banquets, facilitators, and corporate. Manage all on-site logistical program aspects including transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual needs, and establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to coordinate services for smooth event execution.• Foster a welcoming and luxury experience, address attendee needs, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event by troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.• Develop comprehensive event timelines, monitor progress, oversee setup and teardown, adapt to last-minute changes, and provide hands-on support during events to guarantee a seamless experience for participants and facilitators.
