I worked jointly with my husband, as a chiropractor and business owner. As a chiropractor, I performed comprehensive examinations, consultations, and report of findings, as well as taking and interpreting x-rays. My chiropractic services included spinal and extremity adjusting, nutritional counseling, administering physical therapies and rehabilitation exercises, neuro-muscular re-education, and trigger point therapy. As a business owner and practice manager, I verified, set up, billed, and posted insurance benefits, kept statistics on new patients, patient visits, and collections. Additionally, I did various marketing events and health lectures to the community.
