I take pride in a great process. I have developed 180-day phone call, email, letter, and text message process used by Sales and Internet for guest follow up to ensure appropriate information to personalize and assist the purchase of their vehicle from our dealership. This also helps with lead response time and closing ratio. I manage our dealership's CRM database by adding and maintaining the profiles of all dealership staff and their personal information, as well as our 27,000+ customer profiles and their information. Some examples of this is creating bi weekly email sales and service campaigns/blasts to make customers and clients aware of vehicle availability, sales, and other events to create urgency. I make sure sales, calls, lead providers and information is correct for reporting to find trends and see where we have opportunity. I oversee and create posts for our social media sites, do e-marketing and reputation management to build public following, engagement and make sure they are getting the Lexus experience and culture we pride ourselves on. I am the first contact for Customer Service and will take proper steps to ensure a high quality, effective, and a professional, personalized experience. I have developed spreadsheets, goal sheets and tracking systems to measure different Internet and Sales departments statistics including incoming phone, internet lead, walk in traffic, be backs, appointment set to show, show to sold ratio's, incoming internet lead performance and a three month running goal plan with minimum qualifications and bonus. I am most successful at self-training, creating and enforcing internet process, coaching from a positive point of view and optimistic attitude.
