Inside Sales
CurrentWorked directly with an outside sales representative to service customers. Duties include maintaining relationships with existing customers and soliciting new business. Daily tasks for customers include entering orders, preparing quotes and researching inventory to provide options, corresponding via email, phone and fax . Follow up with Traffic Department to ensure deliveries are scheduled.. Communicate with Foreman of the plant to expedite material and aid in discrepancies regarding customer material and specs. Communicated with accounting department regarding customer credit and billing issues.
