My Training Contract included a seat in Intellectual Property Litigation, working on patent litigation for the life sciences and TMT sectors, and trade mark and copyright disputes for retail clients. Assisted with Interflora -v- Marks and Spencer, the high profile, trade mark dispute case involving Google AdWords.
