Planning, promotion and execution of multiple farmers‘ markets in the Norfolk, VA area. We work with over 60 farmers, food producers and artisans and provide them with the opportunity to sell directly to the customer. For the communities our markets serve, we provide access to fresh, local, wholesome food that supports local agriculture, the local economy and entrepreneurship.

All natural dog and cat treats made in small batches by hand. Sales channels and distribution includes online sales and subscriptions, farmers' markets and events and wholesale. Wholesale clients include local Whole Foods locations, Care A Lot Pet Supply locations, veterinarians' offices and several locally owned shops and boutiques in Hampton Roads, Roanoke, Richmond and on Virginia's Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities included:- Development and execution of all internal and external marketing and advertisingstrategies in accord with an annual budget- Content development and timely publication of posts/updates on all social media accounts, website and e-newsletter- Administration of e-commerce website- Administration of TASTE BUDS loyalty program- Event planning, preparation and supervision, including monthly Chef’s Tablecooking classes with guest chefs, quarterly Bottles and Bites wine tasting classes, and seasonal Live on the Lawn acoustic music series- Oversight and administration of TASTE’s extensive philanthropic/communitysupport initiatives- Planning and execution of corporate communications, including press releases- Point of contact for media- Point of contact for outside marketing vendors, including agency of record, webdeveloper, photographers and graphic artists- Review of products and contributing to buying decisions for specialty foods, beverages, cheese and wine - Working collaboratively as part of the management team to fulfill the TASTE vision

Stone Hill Inn is a romantic, nine-room luxury bed and breakfast in the four-season resort town of Stowe, Vermont. Former co-owner Amy Jordan and her business partner had the inn custom designed and built after securing all local and state permitting. The inn welcomed its first guests in December 1998. Later, Amy became the sole owner of the inn. During Amy's ownership, the inn was featured in The New York Times, Boston Globe, Montreal Gazette and USA Today. Amy was named the 2007 Innkeeper of the Year by her peers in Select Registry, Distinguished Inns of North America. Amy sold the inn in 2011.
