I am responsible to provide support to five doctors, five PAs, and our Fellow. This includes managing calendars, entering PTO, scheduling meetings, reimbursing, etc. I am also the Fellowship Coordinator. I plan the interviews, communicate with candidates, and help my Fellow with any task/requirements they need for the program when they join the team.

I was responsible for checking in and out patients. I also prepared new patient paper work and assisted with scheduling appointments.

Assisted customers with questions regarding orders and accounts by email and phone. Problem-solving and investigating in order to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Involved sorting, organization, and processing of letters and packages.

Established efficient workflow processes, monitored daily productivity and implemented modifications to improve overall effectiveness of office personnel and activities. Monitored the front desk so that any questions that came up could be responded to quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities included marketing, advertising and promoting Fresh 102.7 at various events and venues. Collected performance data on each promotion in order to better plan future events.

Retouched , enlarged and trimmed photos according to customer orders. Communicated all store initiatives and promotions to customers to generate return business .

Assisted staff at promotional events, attending promotional meetings weekly and prepared and recommended promotional items for various events

Assisted with daily show preparation, handled phone inquiries from listeners,  responsible for the daily contests and processing winner information
