I also manage Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and am the single point of contact and escalation to the customer. I manage both the account and the customer relationship.Outside of Canon I enjoy swimming teaching and coaching for Epsom District Swimming Club twice a week. Sport has always been very important to me, I am always excited to complete a challenge, I completed my first triathlon 2 years ago.
