I have more than 20 years of fundraising experience in the performing arts, education, and healthcare with a wide range of experience from development operations to major gifts fundraising and management of a team. As a consultant, I empower institutions to use data to optimize their teams and efficiently raise more money. Prior to BWF, I lead fundraising teams at various non-profit organizations. At the Alley Theatre, my cutting-edge work in fundraising analytics was featured in the “The Chronicle of Philanthropy.” I am a co-author of a book with Josh Birkholz “BeneFactors: Why Some Fundraising Professional Always Succeed” published by Wiley in 2022. I am a recognized leader and speaker within the Tessitura Network and AFP and a past president of the AFP Greater Houston Chapter. I lecture on donor relations and fundraising analytics for Rice University’s Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. I am passionate about the theatre and a co-producer for new musical Water for Elephants which opened on Broadway in March 2024.
