Conduct staff meetings, in-service trainings and perform all supervisory functions, includingbut not limited to staffing the facility for various positions, full cycle recruiting, and payroll. I assure that proper records are maintained on staff, volunteers, membership statistics, sales and retention of members and staff. Develop, implement and manage membership, marketing, sales and retention plans topromote membership growth. Coordinates special events and activitiesMaintain budget, preparing annual budget plan, monthly monitoring report, session programs reports and contingency plans as needed.Ensure upkeep of facilities and equipment in the membership departmentAssist with Association Annual Gift fund raising including grants, coordination, leadership, attainmentof goals.

Manage merchandising and display of products in general merchandise with inventory control. Drive sales in specified areas. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures following company and federal guidelines. Weekly schedules and supervision for 150+ associates, payroll monitoring and compliance. Manage talent pipeline by communicating and delivering recruiting strategies to upper management to fill open positions. Screen/recruit for qualified candidates. Develop, train and identify barriers that impact daily business and help each person grown in their career.

Manage sales team of 8 daily in overall inside and outside sales. Create programs and campaigns to increase revenue for 3 newspapers and online content. Negotiate advertising strategies and contracts with own outside accounts of 100+ while keeping sales team motivated to reach, maintain and go above set goals on a weekly/monthly basis. Work on a tight daily deadline meeting the needs of the paper and the advertisers. Networking and community involvement with many organizations in the community. Event planning, set up and communications with area businesses on details.

Manage Career Services recruitment team with 9 medical programs. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on placement goals to reach 80% for fiscal year. Exceeding placements tiers regularly. Manage average graduate totals of 600+ students per year. Networking and Community involvement to enhance the medical opportunities for our students and staff for growth. Social Networking with students for events and upcoming projects within the community. Trade show set up and events quarterly to help source talent and businesses for our recruits.
