Manage Nike's Global workplace violence prevention program. Manages a team of seasoned Threat Management Investigators.

Conduct Corporate Security investigations including, but not limited to internal theft, freight theft, fraud, misconduct, threat management, and workplace violence prevention. Investigations include both internal and external and require partnering with various personnel including, but not limited to other Corporate Security personnel, Human Resources, inside and outside council, technical forensic investigators, and law enforcement. Investigations are conducted in accordance with company processes and protocols. Support various Corporate Security programs oversight and/ or development that includes managing the US and Canada Background Investigation Program, Intel’s workplace violence prevention program, and various compliance programs. Makes recommendations to Corporate Security management relating to security effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvements.

Enforce criminal and traffic laws, make arrests, issue citations, investigate accidents, patrol roads, highways and businesses, write reports, appear in court, handle prisoners, communicate by radio, educate public, provide services to citizens.
