I’m Amy and I am currently a Scientist I (Associate Scientist) in the Cell Laboratory at PPD-Thermofisher. I regularly perform routine cell maintenance, cell-based bioassay experiments, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and scientific data review. In this role, I adhere to company and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide scientific data for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies, and perform work per client-specific methodology. I am also proficient in electronic laboratory notebook documentation and Microsoft Office applications. Most recently, I have been a part of a large development project consisting of 3 different bioassay experiments. Not only have I performed the experimental work, but I have also helped create and implement several internal trackers to ensure all materials, data, and data review is organized and easily accessible.
