Prepared funding packages; to be deliver via e-mail, interacting with title and escrow companies to obtain accurate information about taxes and county recordsCompleted timely and accurate review of loan documents and funding conditions for disbursing funds to title companies within company-defined quality standardsAbreast of all current policies and procedures related to loan closingWorked closely with underwriting and closing or escrow services to develop fulfillment documentation of loan and funding at the highest rate with minimal errorsResponsible for maintaining quality relationships with title companies, brokers and inside staffManaged pipeline on daily and monthly basis Communicated status to all parties during the loan process, guiding the loan to a smooth closing, asked for referrals, and constantly be prospecting for new referral relationships with new clients
