Responsible for the development and implementation of governance related policies and processes relating to Council meeting administration, privacy, FOI, internal audit and other corporate compliance requirements. Currently oversee the management of the Latrobe City Trust and the Council’s Audit & Risk Committee.

Responsible for the coordination and development of governance processes, frameworks and systems based on good governance principles and practices, including best practice policy and committee management. Currently overseeing the Audit Committee function and supporting the internal audit program.

Responsible for training candidates in job search techniques and assisting them in their job search endeavours and placements. Management of a candidate caseload of up to 120 candidates. Support retention of candidates in their placements as part of a post placement support service. Responsible for marketing candidates to prospective employers and assisting candidates to market themselves. Provide a legal and compliant service to government contract.

Team Leader:Manage the daily operations, performance improvement and opportunities of up to 20 staff.Handle customer complaints, referrals, aggression and critical incident management, including investigating alleged privacy breaches and determine compensation claims. Monitoring of workload and KPI performance, and develop strategies to improve.Debt Prevention Officer:Project work on assisting customers to prevent overpayments. Staff coaching to improve their knowledge and care to detail with focus on improving their accountability and reduce the amount of errors made. Liaised with employers to assist them in completing Centrelink correspondence and provide a contact point for advice on legislative requirements and services.
