 Play a key role leading 4 employees and and a volunteer database of 800 across 24 community projects.  Critical contributor in the exploration and development of four new program partnerships including Courageous Love, Administer Justice, Loaves and Fishes Community Services, and the Alive Center over a two-year period. On the forefront of an organizational shift; streamlining 35 fully staffed projects to 12 within the community, with 6 projects being completed, 10 being reinstated, and 6 newly added projects to include a Justice Center.  Closely manage an annual budget of $350,000, with 90% individual donor funded; heavily dependent on stakeholder relationships with limited grant writing experience. Greatly contribute as a guest writer, writing four messages for the Big Idea Series.  Serve as a member of the Small Group Guide Writing team creating 8-10 guides a year, developing small group and leader training content.

 Facilitated weekly and monthly 1:1 coaching of faith-based partners providing influence, support, and facility specific problem-solving resources. Created network meetings for cross organizational team lead collaboration.  Enhanced program development and drove continuous improvements across the landscape by providing towering leadership and building advantageous relationships with stakeholders.  Collected and analyzed data, created reports, reviewed and explained trends; formulated and implemented innovative solutions and/or recommendations to achieve the goals of the program or event function.

 Thought leader, proved critical in driving the direction and development of both programming and volunteer resources at one of the largest multi-site organizations.  Delivered strong support directed at improving program short term and long-term strategies, processes, and policies by performing a wide variety of market research and analysis.  Devised a new, large scale volunteer event, which rose to prominence; expanding the single event to a whole organization over the course of 2 years; solidified 25+ teams totaling 700+ volunteers.

 Coordinated annual multi-site event partnership with three local School Districts, providing holiday shopping opportunities for 3000 low-income families in the community engaging 1000+ volunteers over six sites.  Vastly improved project related deliverables including cost estimating, and resource allocation across varying organizational levels; inserting a sense of urgency across all phases of the project life cycle. Steered a volunteer core team on all marketing, supply logistics, recruitment, and event design activity for a $150,000 annual fundraising campaign; Grew event from 2 to 6 sites, while raising over $200,000 in funding for local under – resourced schools.
