Quality Assurance Analyst
I was part of a Quality Assurance team, where we worked together to strive for new ways to improve quality and improve or streamline QA processes. I also worked on a cross-functional team where we collaborated to plan, develop, and test user stories. I reviewed user stories to determine what was needed for the testing effort. Based on the requirements in the user stories, I developed test cases and then created test plans and test runs to meet testing goals. I created and executed SQL queries to verify data in the database. I helped team members learn how to use TestRail.
