Coordinated and operated Hunger Intervention Program's school meals program. Managed production, packaging, and delivery of up to 2000 meals per week to local children in low-income neighborhoods and learning camps. Key responsibilities included: menu and recipe development, food procurement, food production, food safety and quality control, logistical solutions, volunteer management, reporting.

Collaborated with faculty and staff to create a writing coaching program for the Department of Nutrition to improve Dietetic Internship acceptance rates.
