⦁ Taking orders over the phone and in-store for delivery, dine-in, and take-out. Building orders with cooked to order meals and packing necessary condiments and utensils together in a timely manner. When delivering: Driving in a safe and respectable way along the most time effective route in which to deliver currently held orders so that customers receive their ordered food as hot and delicious as it was when it left the restaurant.

⦁ Expanding catering sales and growing the image and presence of McAlister’s Deli in the community. Assisting in catering order completion which many include: assembling sandwiches or other foodstuffs for tray ordered, baking cookies, checking assembled items for quality and consistency as per policy, delivering orders when necessary. Contacting clients who have placed ordered in the past to ensure they had a pleasant experience as well as handling any issues that may have presented themselves (ie: Late delivery or missing items) to further ensure a great experience for the customers.

⦁ Training and Certification of all West Texas store Pet Trainers (Including stores in Lubbock, Midland, & Odessa). Teaching Students (Pet Parents) and their Dogs skills to enrich their lives and deepen their relationships with their Pets.⦁ Selling Pet Training classes and educating the general public on the importance of training their pet (specifically Dogs). Creating a fair and well balanced Pet Training schedule that extends over a 3 Month period.⦁ Assisting Pet Parents on a daily basis with the purchase of a new Pet and or pet related supplies and accessories which can include but is not limited to: Food, Toys, Small Animals (such as mice, geckos, and fish), Pet Training, Treats, Vitamins & Supplements, Collars & Leashes, Grooming utensils, ect. ⦁ Cashiering when/as needed. Stocking shelves when/as needed. Assisting other departments when/as needed (Pet Care, Grooming, Management, Pet Adoption Agency).
