Vice President – Cynthetic SystemsAs the VP I oversee the daily operations of the business to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions. I am responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all support functions for the organization.I complete regular monthly dialogues to assess, clarify and document performance, establishes goals and action plans, and sets up performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, as needed.Manage staff responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining and otherwise supporting the core system, computers, servers, software products, LAN/WAN connectivity, database systems, cybersecurity security and access controls of Cynthetic System clients.
