CurrentM&A Communications. Plan and execute pre-close, close and post-close internal communications to support acquired associates through transition into Danaher while maintaining momentum and delivering on business goals. Enable the acquired company communications and HR functions by providing tools, resources and guidance to sustain engagement, drive belonging and raise awareness of the associate value proposition as part of the Danaher ecosystem.Employer Brand. Lead cross-functional project team to create an aligned, compelling associate value proposition to attract and retain talent and build supporting processes to ensure sustainment across nine Life Sciences Operating Companies.Communications Business Partner. Provide strategic communications counsel and tactical support to two Group Executives and VP, HR to foster transparency, build trust and raise awareness of Group strategy internally and leverage leader networks to highlight businesses and successes externally.
