With 20 years' worth of experience across business operations and qualitative and quantitative research, I am ready to gather the information most vital to an organization and guide them in its best use. I deliver entertaining presentations, impeccably written reports with beautiful graphics, and an ego-free seriousness of purpose in my work. It is exciting to bring my research background and passion for operational design together to optimize business processes at AnswerLab. I now lead internal initiatives to improve and create new business processes and systems, design and build custom tools and integrations that enable my colleagues to deliver outstanding service to our clients, and design data models, reports, and dashboards to enable effective business decision making. I manage a wonderful team of solutions builders and collaborate across all departments to develop comprehensive and cohesive systems to bring more efficiency to our processes and accuracy to our business intelligence data. From GTM initiatives with Strategy & Marketing, to Revenue Forecasting and Analysis with Finance, to User Onboarding & Offboarding and Platform Evaluation with IT, and processes for Scoping, Resourcing, and Procurement with Strategy and Client Services teams, I enjoy diving into the details of specific job functions to make new connections and build and configure new tools. It is important for me to be a part of a team that takes an all-hands-on-deck approach and continuously builds capacity within people and the organization itself. I have had the privilege of helping others tap into their greater potential, learn new skills, and find the joy in zooming in and out on details and the big picture to discover the story behind the numbers. I have also benefitted from having amazing mentors in my corner throughout my career - pioneers in their fields and truly extraordinary human beings.Current Areas of Interest Include:Employee Engagement; Company Culture; Process, Tool, and Database Development and Optimization
