Biography of Amy Constantine, Operating Principle of Keller Williams Realty AV.Amy grew up in New York and moved to California in 1981. She came to the Antelope Valley to pursue the “American Dream”. She developed several successful dry cleaning businesses and a shipping center. She became a Realtor® in 2004 and won “Rookie of the year” in the KW region.In June 2006, Amy became the CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty AV and took over as acting broker in 2008.Amy earned the Keller Williams “Blackbelt Recruiter” award in 2007 and 2008. In January 2007 her office was ranked number 33 in the nation among approximately 700 offices. In December of 2008 her office rose to the #4 office in the nation. Currently she leads the number one KW OFFICE IN THE NATION!Amy is an active member of the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors® (GAVAR) currently serving on the Education and Grievance Committees and Women’s Council of Realtors®. She has been elected to the GAVAR Board of Directors two years in a row and takes pleasure in being able to serve her fellow Realtors®. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Antelope Valley Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Amy chooses to be pro-active in enhancing her personal level of education and is currently a certified REO, Short Sale, and HAFA specialist.
