- Member on district committees including: Curriculum Council, Science Curriculum Committee, Building Leadership Team, Makerspace Committee and District Reopening Committee- Coordinate and lead team meetings- Manage and assign duties to support staff- Develop and implement differentiated learning experiences- Develop and implement hybrid instruction- Generate digital resources through the use of Microsoft Office, Nearpod, Google Docs, Safari Montage, Schoology, and WeVideo- Implement classroom and testing accommodations and modifications - Create procedures and rules- Communicate outcomes with all stakeholders- Utilize a variety of assessment tools to monitor progress- Foster and maintain positive work environment

- Collaborate to develop pacing guides that support teachers throughout the district in implementing curriculum- Represent the 2nd grade team of teachers in the district during meetings to support decisions in the pacing and use of curriculum and instructional technology- Lead meetings and maintain communication with colleagues to relay information on new technologies and other initiatives from the district Curriculum Coordinator- Collaborate to develop and share instructional resources for teachers- Provide feedback to administrators that will be used to monitor and adjust decisions with curriculum- Support teachers as they implement new initiatives by providing resources and sharing best practices- Enhance knowledge and understanding of instructional technology by attending district offered professional developments in order to support teachers and students working in a hybrid learning environment - Utilize instructional technology platforms to develop and implement curriculum in a hybrid second grade class

- Develop Science units, pacing guides, and resources that support Next Generation Science Standards- Pilot and analyze new Science curricula with the team to support district investment in resources- Collaborate to design learning experiences for students and develop teacher manuals/ materials to support instruction and implementation- Lead professional development meetings to support teachers in implementing Phenomena- based learning and the Claim, Evidence, Reasoning model - Support teachers in the use of Science curriculum and instructional technology tools such as Nearpod, Project Lead the Way, Schoology, and Carolina Science Online- Provide feedback and recommendations to the district Science Curriculum Coordinator to drive decisions that impact Science curriculum throughout the school year - Attend professional development opportunities to bring new, innovative ideas into the classroom
