Responsibilities included weekly calls with the supplier to review milestones, and to ensure they were tracking to MRD• Managed 30+ Source Changes and each of the milestones in the CEM tracker to ensure all Quality, Manufacturing, and Design criteria were met in accordance to the overlap production plans. Successfully completed 8 Source Changes from CEM0-5, and am currently on track for the leftover part numbers• Facilitated daily meetings to uncover the root cause and corrective actions for the F110 Shaft Spline non-conformances. Met with the suppliers daily to work through engineering and quality requests, tooling rework and test pieces, and actions needed to move forward to meet customer demand. These parts were close to being deemed scrap when these non-conformances were initially discovered. Now, with the help of this facilitation, we can meet life with 5/7 parts, while 2/7 will make it to several service intervals• Organized weekly efforts to track the top four pacing parts to meet T408 engine demand for 2020 and to follow up on actionable items. Traveled to Hartford, CT to walk the routers for the TCF, Diffuser, and B-Sump and to identify areas of improvement. Upon further evaluation and collaboration with EMI, we examined the Diffuser router to find a cycle time reduction from 18 weeks to 16 weeks• Engaged in the Action Workout for the LEAP 1A/1B CST Deflector in Durham to identify the difficulties of its installation, and discussed the dimensional and supplier changes that could be made to remedy this -

Parts of repair expertise included: Rotating Interstage Seals, Forward Seals, Thermal Shields, CDP Seals, Front Air Seals, and Rear Rotating Seals. • $38MM Sales in Sumps & Seals, $9M increase from 2017• 73% OTD for Sumps & Seals Cell, 12% increase from 2017, with a 39% increase in part volume • CF6 Thermal Shield Repair Yield 47%, a 4% increase from 2017 after implementing new Seal Teeth Coating Skim Cut Repair• Collaborated with GE90 engineering team to expand Forward Seal limits to decrease repair processing time (Bayonet Rabbet, ID/OD Rabbet, Stg 1 Blade ID/OD Interface, Stg 1 Disk Rim Interface, Axial Stop, Spiroloc Interface, Bore)• Only 7 DRs were pending Engineering Approval closing 2018 for the CF6 Interstage Seal, a reduction from the 89 submitted DRs in 2018 for unaddressed conditions. Worked with Engineering to implement a new Corrosion Shotpeen Repair and a Fretting High Metal Removal Repair that would have eliminated 89% of DRs. • Eradicated future DRs on local pitting for the GEnx and GE90 Mid Seals by submitting over 20 DRs to push for the expansion of new inspection parameters. These new limits would have eliminated over 80% of GEnx and 60% of GE90 Mid Seal DRs in 2018• Won the approval to purchase a new $500k CMM through Shark Tank by scoping out the current and future technical needs for the cell and the associated machine specifications. This CMM has the latest 3D scanning, surface profile, and measurement technology that will be utilized in the future repair of blisks• Reduced cycle time for Interstage Seals by adding capacity for the MAE Replication process to be completed in house. Kicked off a first round training session to transfer all evaluation to ACSC and eliminate the need for QTC help• Implemented new measurement gages for the GE90 CDP Seal to improve TAT by two days and decrease bottleneck at the CMM -
