CBCS is a third party claims administrator for property and casualty insurance. We handle workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability, and cargo losses for insurance carriers, self insured clients, large deductible clients, MGA's, PEO's, and captives. As Director of Account Management Services, I manage our team of Account Managers, manage a book of business, and work with senior executives on department and corporate initiatives.Winner of 2020 Insight Champion Award

Created the Account Manager role for CBCS. Managed new Account Managers as they were hired in our division.Involved in sales presentations, managed implementations of new accounts, created escrow accounts for claim payments, drafted contracts for renewals, handled reconciliation of claim fees, addressed customer service issues, maintained a great relationship with all accounts, grew revenue from referrals and references, provided stewardship reports and data to support program recommendations.
