Perform and manage full life cycle recruitment for multiple facilities and groups across the organization. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. Initiate intake discussions with leaders to better understand role specifications and hiring needs. * Provide an ongoing high level of proactive and consultative support to hiring managers and internal stakeholders with a goal of promoting retention and recruitment. * Source high quality candidates to fill vacancies. Serve as liaison between candidate, onboarding team and management. * Create and manage talent pools and pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. * Represent the broader organization by coordinating and attending recruitment events. * Meet or exceed recruiter productivity goals and contribute to the success of the overall talent acquisition group within the organization.
