At Brooks Running, Amy is currently the Manager for the U.S. (Field Rep) Program. She manages 5 direct reports, who manage 34 total reps across the country. She oversees strategy creation, budget management, hiring, cross-functional advocacy for the team, and more. Her work as the National Guru Manager earned her the 2022 MVP of the Year Award at Brooks' 26.2 North America Awards Meeting. Her areas of expertise included blogging, webinar planning, inbound eMarketing, SEO, social media marketing, & strategic partnership management. Her content was featured in a number of top publications including Investment News and the Wall Street Journal. She is also the co-author of the 2012 book "The Social Advisor: Social Media Secrets of the Financial Industry". Prior to Financial Social Media, she worked in various business settings, including the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Redline Running Company. In her roles, she published blogs on a weekly basis, developed annual social media marketing strategies, and stayed current on the fast-changing tactics of social media optimization.Outside of work, Amy spends her time running, reading, watching documentaries,& playing with her two Australian Shepherds.
