- Designed and implemented all positive youth development programming for youth ages 12-18 in 3,000 member congregation in downtown Kansas City- Wrote and taught curriculum for weekly youth meeting - Organized monthly service projects and social events - Trained and managed adult volunteers- Created annual youth programming budget, managed donor outreach.

Learned the ins and outs of running an international non-profit, taught classes, performed, and was mentored by the Cofounders.

Updated alumni/ae data, helped coordinate the annual alumni/ae dinner, processed donations, made cold calls to donors, helped compile reports for WASC accrediation.

I sold Season Ticket packages for performing arts groups such as Berkeley Symphony, Smuin Ballet, SF Playhouse, etc.

Performed Carla DeSola's original choreography through out the Bay Area.

I shadowed the Senior and Associate Ministers, assisting with Pastoral Care. Teaching Bible Study and Vacation Bible School, Preaching, leading workshops, event planning and social justice advocacy were also responisibilities I held.
