We work directly with architects and interior design firms to determine the appropriate materials fulfilling the design intent. This includes finding materials with the appropriate structural characteristics for the application and supplying at a price which meets the client’s budget. Additionally, the company produces custom designed products including full CAD design, manufacturing drawings, prototyping, and outsourced manufacturing. Saint John Stone works directly with subcontracts, general contractors, and owners through the value engineering process. This involves suggesting alternative materials which can be purchased at lower costs, suggesting alternative manufacturing sites, and reverse engineering of specified products which fall outside the budget parameters.
