Responsible for overseeing hydro-static and thermal testing of subsurface communication equipment on behalf of the lead engineer, as well as supporting system engineers in technical peer reviews, updating system requirements, creating technical diagrams using Visio, and writing test reports and summaries (including computations) for systems under development.Also assisted software engineers with UI testing and code reviews.

Forward-deployed to Japan, responsible for maintenance of Ship’s Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E while on deployments across Asia. Also selected to be part of the Centralized Work Control Team as a subject matter expert for the operations department, during the 2016 USS Blue Ridge dry dock period. Responsible for reviewing technical engineering documentation, work packages, and conducting inspection of shipboard systems and ensuring proper lock out / tag out of systems. Supported the installation of over 400 pieces of equipment, including the $32 million dollar CANES network installation.
