I was hired as the assistant to the Director of Administration at a very successful and fast-paced advanced estate planning law firm. After 11 months on the job I took over the Director of Administration position which turned into the Client Care Director position. I was responsible for maintaining order in all aspects of the firm’s business, including internal operations, financial management, equipment and supply purchases, client care, and human resources. During my time there I was the go-to person to troubleshoot and resolve any problem from beginning to end. As the first point of contact, I ensured all potential clients received excellent service. I strived to maximize client engagement and retention through personal attention and follow-up. I quickly mastered the complex client intake process and progressed rapidly through a series of increasingly challenging marketing and email projects. As a result, I assumed daily management of the firm’s websites, daily blog postings, and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Yelp) because of my knowledge and affinity for all things social media. I ensured that the robust internal office processes and procedures were being followed by all staff and attorneys to ensure that each client was receiving consistent, excellent service and attention. Along with providing excellent client care, I have helped orchestrate successful sales strategies and marketing initiatives designed to increase the firm’s revenue.
