My day to day responsibilities include: - Running end-to-end product demonstrations- Connecting LinkedIn Learning solutions & features to the value that can seen by the client- Proactively discussing change management, including implementation timelines and resource allocation

I help clients learn all about the Talent landscape, with a special focus on the LinkedIn Learning Solutions product, Learning Hub. - Work with Relationship Managers to showcase LinkedIn's Applicant Tracking System, Talent Hub. Provide end to end demonstrations, answering all technical questions.

- Educated prospects and current customers on product and data capabilities, exploring each customer's particular use case and how they’d be able to use and integrate with our data. This included having expert knowledge on our Salesforce app, Marketing Automation integrations, ABM platform integrations, Zapier, as well as G2’s API.- Worked with West Coast-based sales reps on net new opps as well as upsells and renewals from small SMB companies up to large Enterprises. - Worked cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Enablement to ensure new and existing integrations are usable, marketed correctly, and reps are trained correctly

- Implemented 100+ customers on G2’s Salesforce app, which included understanding their internal processes in order to make the best recommendations on how to use the app & G2’s data in order to ultimately train their sales team. - Worked directly with Senior Engineer on bugs, new features, and customer feedback regarding the Salesforce app. - Created all documentation regarding the app, including implementation guide, walkthrough guide, app-specific notifications & reports guides, as well as others. - Worked on G2’s Integration Hub, creating documentation and training on integrations with HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Terminus, and others.

- Started the Implementation team at G2, creating processes, documentation, and training. - Advised 300+ customers on how to best take advantage of their investment with G2, including driving reviews & promoting their brand. - Worked cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to ensure the best experience for the customer, whether through marketing collateral, product improvements, or setting the right expectations.

- Was the contact for all office-related matters, keeping employees happy.- Planned and executed company events such as the Holiday Party, Adventure Race, and Company-wide Kickoffs. - Managed the office move from Highland Park, IL to Chicago, IL, working with countless vendors within a short time frame.

-Oversaw student workers in Vanderbilt's Rand Dining Hall, in addition to assigning and delegating tasks to these workers, training new workers on serving, cashier, and closing procedures, communicating with higher-level management, providing customer service by answering all questions and concerns-Promoted from student worker after first year, and working as student manager for the last three years

Worked with the same Polish ESL elementary school student for an hour each week, using a combination of Polish and English, in order to improve her English reading ability through reading games, hands-on reading, and a lot of encouragement
