Providing overseas manpower supports to the industries and bring the Skilled, Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, and Professionals manpower from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Shrilanka, Philippines.Identifies and generating new business leads.Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish reporting and setup meetings.Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.Getting manpower requirements and vacancy details (Number of positions, Salary, Nationality, Experience, Job Description, VP Approval) from clients.Maintaining fruitful relationship with clients and continues follow them.Screening & shortlisted candidates as per the client’s requirement.Responsible for completion of all necessary documents. (Getting visa, company documents, embassy documents, sponsor ID, License No. , Computer Card)Responsible for collection of amount from clients after the candidate’s deployment.

• Qualify job order requirements, to ensure a full understanding of the nature and scope of the engagements, the desired results and the required technical capabilities and experience the client expects.• Done candidate orientation to face one vendor client interviews.• Sourced candidates using job boards including database, internet sourcing and referrals.• Pre screen candidates over the phone to qualify for open requisitions.• Responsible for arranging interviews, coordination of feedback to complete the hiring process.• Interviewed applicants and ensuring all their skills are identified, reviewing company policies and procedures with the applicant.• Recruited tech professionals for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions with client.• Networking with past and present consultants for sourcing of talent and possible leads/opportunities• Taking care of vendor management and building relationships and follow ups.
