• Executive (Sales) for Bhiwadi location. • Responsible to meet customers (senior citizens) and help them in understanding the project. • Responsible to help them in their site visits• Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly sale targets for the assigned region. • Client negotiations and onboarding.• Managing property level events and festival celebrations. • Working on Salesforce to summerise the day accordingly.• Liaising with back office, legal & accounts department to facilitate documentation and timely resolution of customer queries.• Responsible for existing payment(s) and timely collection(s) thereof.• Maintaining & developing relationships with all prospect & existing customers to generate referrals to achieve sales target.
