    I was working as Partner Integration Engineer with a team of Network Engineers. My job involves in taking care of technical/server issues related to Pointspeed.com partners. Also, I was administering and providing support on 24/7 bases for all Production web/email/database servers.Production live web servers were running on Windows NT and Windows 2000 servers and IIS 4.0/5.0 servers. MS Site Server 3.0 is used to develop and generate the E-Commerce based web package. MS SQL Server 6.5/7 is used as database server for production servers. MS Exchange Server 5.5 was running on production sites for generating emails for all transactions to the customers and to the administrative people. Production site (ISP) was connected to the Office by VPN (Cisco) for operating administrative related tasks.Pointspeed.com had two offices; one in San Mateo, CA and other one are in Toronto, Canada. These offices are connected via VPN (Windows 2000) using Business DSL line. Each site has a Exchange Servers in different Site and different Internet Mail connectors running. I was taking care of all the Exchange Server in all the sites. Exchange Servers were connected using Site Connector via VPN. Also, I was supporting all the internal users with any technical and server related issues.
