The position is the crucial unifying link between the central and state team MME Associates. While the role is within the MME team, it is a ‘people-role’ and entails special projects, capacity building, central workshop planning, quarterly review meetings, performance appraisal, documentation of innovative initiatives, recruitment, personal tracking and administration.

Had great experience with active and enthusiastic team. I was engaged in planning and implementation of programs including team building, content design and training, measurement, monitoring and dissemination, finance and donor management. Lot of learning to move ahead - myself as well as Haryana program.

We use data analytics and technology to help Pratham solve the most important problems in the education sector in India.My key responsibilities are 1.Coordination between central and state MME team to implement the MME Framework (Right data, Data collection, Training, Monitoring, Reporting, Data Discussion and Capability Building) to help Pratham programs in the education sector.2. Field visits in program to monitor the planning and collect the qualitative feedback to discuss with field and management team.3. Development of HR process including recruitment and capacity building of state MME team on their role and responsibilities.

My responsibilities include - Coordination between central and state MME team to implement the MME units planning1. Data management, analysis and dissemination with all stakeholders of covered program in MME unit2. Field visits in program to monitor the planning and collect the qualitative feedback to discuss with field and management team3. Support to state program team with qualitative and quantitative feedback in program planning4. Representation of program impact in national meeting of Pratham leadership 5. Recruitment of new MME state associates and capacity building of state MME team on their role and responsibilities
