With around 15 years of experience in the field of GRC/IRM, I am a passionate and result driven senior manager at Templar Shield, a leading provider of GRC solutions and services. My core competencies include GRC program enablement, planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as GRC technology implementation and optimization. I have a strong passion to help clients achieve their GRC objectives and overcome their challenges, leveraging the capabilities and power of GRC technology tools such as Archer IRM, ServiceNow GRC, and ProcessUnity. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with clients across various industries and geographies, and having earned the RSA Archer Certified Administrator and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials.In my current role at Templar Shield, I help clients with their GRC technology journey, from vendor selection and road map development, to implementation and support. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality and fast-paced GRC projects, using waterfall, agile, and hybrid models, and ensuring alignment with the client's vision, requirements, and best practices. I also have extensive experience in conducting IRM diagnostics, assessments, gap analysis, and solving the pain areas for clients. Some of the skills that I use on a daily basis include Risk & Compliance Frameworks, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), BCM, Model Risk, GRC Technology and ITSM tools.
