For which we also collaborate with the different departments to obtain and analyze the information presented (financial, commercial, production, human capital, strategic plans, investments, among others.).* Followment of the resolutions adopted at the Meetings of the Shareholders and the Board as well as supervise their execution.* Manage yearly budgeting process.* Alert about budget deviations.* Lead digitalization and automation, performance dashboards and key financial reports.* Financial modeling and forecasting.* Cash flow forecasting.* Business valuation.

* Consolidation and analysis of Financial Statements.* Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management.* Elaborate weekly sales and production reports for shareholders.* Development of dashboards to analyze and present current and past trends in key performance and financial indicators (Balanced Scorecard).* Create presentations that summarize analysis and presenting them to management.* Prepare monthly, annuals and specials financial reports that serve as support to the decision making of the Board.

* Keeping abreast of local and international economic indicators as well as trends from diverse industries (Agriculture, food, hospitality, tourism, oil, among others).* Process large amounts of data from diverse sources.* Summarize the collected information and presenting them through charts and reports.
