• Lead, coordinate and supervise all Shelter & water, sanitation and hygiene promotion programming ensuring grant cycle management and high-quality provision of services.• Provide technical and general Shelter&WASH advisory lead to NRC Shelter&WASH program.• Prepare detailed BoQs and Intervention reports on large scale solar and hybrid systems in NRC operation areas.• Project M&E: responsible for accurate and high quality Monitoring and Evaluation of NRC/partner Shelter & WASH or related activities, including information management and archiving.• Reporting: responsible for accurate and high quality contributions to the reporting of NRC Shelter&WASH Area-level achievements.• Provide financial, program and technical support during review of programs/grants for strategic planning, for annual planning.• Supervise technical sanitation implementation programs through review and implementation of different latrine designs for emergency.• Support in implementation of large scale and small scale emergency water trucking for different camps with check systems of documentation, monitoring and water quality.• Support the program staff to implement fast, efficient and timely response in the Shelter&WASH sector• Develop technical dashboards for mapping multi grants, large staffing costs and implementation of similar activities in different locations/grants.• Take part in Shelter&WASH working group coordination meetings and general coordination meetings, provide technical inputs to these forums from NRC's side.• Coordinate with both relevant internal and external actors to ensure an internal integrated approach and to mobilize external intervention.
