CurrentMonitoring RFQ/RFP/Tender Submission:• Participating for bidding, RFP/RFQs, preparing Commercial Offers and Technical Offers, Complying and Non Complying (if required alongwith justifications), providing the final offers with all the requested documents to the customer.• Evaluating and Analyzing the cost and profit margins, bidding lump-sum amounts, responding to all the discounts requested in order to ensure a better deal for the company.• Proof reading of RFQ/RFP Requests, terms and conditions of drafts of RFPs, payment terms, bidding deadlines, SLAs, KPIs and all other important clauses.• Acting as main Point of Contact (POC) with the customer for all the correspondences and clarifications in support of mobile network Technical Director. My Other Tasks:• Acting as liaison between Customer Invoicing Team, Operations Personal, Management & Engineering Staff.• Preparing and monitoring all the invoices, settlements, outstandings and reconciliations project wise, monitoring the status of invoice uploading, payments, on Customer’s (Etisalat) online portals.• Preparing BOQs, Collection Engines for Turnkey Sites as well as for Miscellaneous Works.• Working on BOQ, SQI, pre-collection engines once RFA (Request for Acceptance) is submitted by the team.• Requesting for CC, EOM, RFS, PAC Certificates fulfilling other issuance requirements.• Preparing reports, ongoing work summaries, upcoming plans in order to update management and customer team.• Communicating/Coordinating all the technical matters related to the scope of work and other contractual clauses for all the major projects of the company.• Updating all important technical trackers, proper record and following the contractual steps, archiving invoices related data, ensuring proper supporting documents of the the customer (Etisalat).• Also working for the SAP to create Cost Centers per Sites Sales Modules.
