Current- Help customers leverage Egnyte to the fullest extent to solve both persistent business problems and address new challenges related to effective collaboration and governance. - Build programs and tools that enable Customer Success Managers to better engage with customers; identify key issues, use cases, and initiatives; and leverage the Egnyte platform to achieve these objectives. - Develop the strategic skills and capabilities of the team- Identify, track, and report key indicators of team and customer success.
