Andrew is the Head of Data Center Research for the Americas at JLL. Additional areas of focus include Property Management and Alternatives. In this role, Andrew delivers insights and analytics to clients and JLL’s leadership team. Deliverables include sector analysis, insights on industry trends, forecasting, benchmarking, market sizing, portfolio analytics and market share analysis.

Andrew is a Senior Vice President of Research & Strategy at JLL. He leads a team of 20 real estate professionals who provide commercial real estate insights and analytics to clients in more than 30 secondary and tertiary markets.
