I’m an experienced consultant and instructor with concentration in Telepresence network infrastructure, Videoconferencing and Telepresence architecture and solutions, and Unified Communications. I have experience since 2000 in the videoconference and Telepresence industry from both manufacturer (TANDBERG/ Cisco) and retailer (Frontbase and Viju/ Kinly). During my career in the industry I have had roles ranging from system engineer to solution architect, consultant, sales engineer and technical instructor. I have industry experience in a number of sectors, including manufacturing, medical, finance, judicial, military, IT, oil and gas. I bring strong technical knowledge in networking, Telepresence and Unified Communication technologies.My strength is that I am engaged and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Sharing knowledge motivates me and I am always looking for new ways to teach how UC (Unified Communication) will enhance business. I have a strong sense responsibility and my philosophy is that if I do not know how to resolve a challenge I acquire the knowledge needed or ask my network for help. I find complex and new challenges interesting and I never give up. I am always searching for innovative solutions to solve customer needs based on new thinking and new technology.I like going home from work with the feeling of accomplishment and customer satisfaction.I like to work in a team sharing the same motivation, following similar ideas and open for constructive exchanges.
